Baseline Requirements:

- A valid driver's license for customer visits and site assessments.

- A minimum of three years of experience in home improvement sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing in-depth knowledge on roofing, siding, windows, doors and more. Help customers make informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and installation processes to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to project completion.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and to foster long-term relationships.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Quick Adaptability to New Technology Systems: The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems is crucial. This includes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, digital estimating software, and any other technology platforms relevant to sales and customer management.
