In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL, location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Position Overview:

The Implementation Audit Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of clients within our service bureau environment. This role involves actively participating in the entire lifecycle of service bureau implementations, adapting to dynamic needs, and conducting comprehensive audits to guarantee accurate setup and compliance. The Implementation Audit Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate critical client information, and ensure seamless communication between Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities:

· Enter new client data accurately into our internal systems.

· Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of setup tasks.

· Collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants to address and resolve potential setup issues.

· Research and ensure accurate Tax setup, identifying and addressing any related issues.

· Review and rectify potential setup errors within the Implementation process, ensuring adherence to client needs and specifications.

· Must be Self-motivated and able to quickly grasp new concepts and software applications.

· Undertake diverse tasks and projects, showcasing proven prioritization skills.

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High School Degree or Equivalent

· 1-2 years of administrative experience, with a preference for experience in a service bureau environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

· Prior experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning to solve problems

· Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a reputation for dependability and follow-through.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain focus on detail, and excel in a busy, detail-oriented environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

The base pay range for this position is $33,800- 62,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
