ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients seeking information about insurance policies and coverage.
Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
Policy Updates: Assist clients with updating existing policies and processing changes or renewals as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, changes, and follow-ups in the database.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients by phone, email, or in person to provide excellent service and support.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive customer service and achieve organizational goals.
RequirementsExperience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance setting.
Licensing: An active insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within a year of employment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and friendliness.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Customer-Focused: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer software and the ability to quickly learn and use new systems.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
