Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Joliet, IL, to provide support for students during the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to work with caseloads ranging from 10 to 25 students across the K-12 age group. The contract runs from August 4, 2025, through May 29, 2026.

Qualifications:

• BCBA Certification required
• Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience working within a K-12 educational environment preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
• Conducting assessments and monitoring behavioral data to guide instruction
• Providing training and coaching to staff to ensure consistency in behavioral supports

Work schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week
• Serving students throughout the full academic year
