Sales representative
Job Title: Sales Representative (Hybrid – Work from Home & In-Person)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll build relationships with local businesses, introduce them to our waste collection services, and help them find cost-effective and sustainable solutions. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home and meet clients in person as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential business clients via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Present and promote our waste collection services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with both remote and face-to-face selling
- Reliable transportation for local client visits
