We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business analysis to support the organization’s financial objectives.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive cash flow analysis to assess the organization's financial health.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance.
• Utilize VBA and SQL for data manipulation and automation of reporting processes.
• Create pivot tables and dashboards in Tableau for effective data visualization.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, trends, and variances for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Monitor market trends using Bloomberg to identify potential impacts on the organization’s financial strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in cash flow analysis and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of VBA, SQL, and data collection methodologies.
