Travel Physical Therapist Job in Lombard, IL - $12,522 per Month (2 Years Experience Needed)

Assignment details:

Job responsibilities:
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
