Director, Field Sales & Market Development
We’re recruiting for a Director of Field Sales & Clinical Adoption on behalf of a confidential healthcare company experiencing commercial growth. This is a senior, field-based consultative sales role focused on market development, strategic account expansion, and driving utilization within targeted clinical environments.
This position is designed for a seasoned sales professional who operates independently, shapes territory strategy, and influences adoption through relationship-driven engagement rather than formal people management.
Responsibilities
Lead territory growth initiatives by expanding utilization across targeted accounts
Develop and execute market strategies, account plans, and sales initiatives
Apply a consultative selling approach to influence adoption and long-term engagement
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support sustained growth
Support sales objectives through education grounded in clinical evidence
Monitor territory activity and performance metrics to guide execution
Partner cross-functionally to align field efforts with broader commercial strategy
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
Consultative sales experience within medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings
Proven success developing markets through strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Ability to operate autonomously in a senior, highly visible field role
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50–80%)
