Requirements:

• 2 years Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology cases.
• COVID and Flu vaccination.
• BLS and ACLS.
• 30 minute response time for call.
• ARRT -(RCIS will not be approved).
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
• Illinois license.
• ACLS (AHA).
