HR Coordinator
- Manage onboarding for 10–25 new hires weekly, from background checks to I-9 verification
- Coordinate welcome communications and system setup across various HRIS software and systems
- Maintain accurate employee data across all HR systems
- Partner with hiring managers to align onboarding timelines and ensure first-day readiness
- Process offboarding and terminations with precision and compliance
- Support HR projects, audits, and efficiency initiatives
- 1-3 years of Human Resource experience in a fast-paced environment (internships are welcomed)
- Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 compliance, and HRIS platforms
- HRIS and/or ATS knowledge or exposure required
- Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish a plus
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with flexibility to jump in where needed
- Exposure to enterprise-level HR operations and systems
- Hybrid flexibility and supportive team culture
- Opportunity for extension or conversion to full-time employment
