Executive Assistant and Project Manager
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and client-facing projects across departments and time zones
- Handle meeting scheduling, calendaring management and travel coordination for Executives
- Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress utilizing Excel, and create status reports, timelines, and executive summaries as needed
- Monitor compliance with firm standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements as applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator
- Professional services industry experience including financial services, consulting, or legal preferred
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- International travel planning experience
- Advanced reporting experience including Excel and Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Ability to travel as necessary
