Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our busy East Peoria location. The ideal candidate is a high-energy go-getter with strong multitasking skills , a solid sales background , and the ability to coach and develop a team on the floor . This role is essential in supporting the GM, executing daily sales plans, and ensuring smooth, consistent operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the GM in all daily operations.
• Serve as second-in-command and run the site when the GM is off-site.
• Execute daily sales plans and drive performance through coaching.
• Provide direct team development, including feedback, training, and skill-building.
• Foster a positive, productive, people-first work environment.
• Maintain Sparkle standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
• Assist with deposits, banking duties, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure strong organization and multitasking across all daily tasks.
• Maintain consistency and alignment across all shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven sales background , especially in a sales leader role (e.g., top performer, shift lead).
• Ability to drive KPIs and support the GM’s sales strategy.
• Direct experience in team coaching , training, and performance feedback.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-starting, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to support a unified team culture and hold staff accountable.
• Reliable, organized, and confident taking ownership when leading the site.
