Your Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth site operations and support your team to perform at their best. You will:

• Assist the Site Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Lead shifts, guide team members, and maintain steady communication throughout the day.
• Train and coach employees to deliver excellent service and represent Sparkle with confidence.
• Handle opening/closing routines, deposits, and operational checklists.
• Cultivate a service-forward, sales-minded environment that supports membership growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
