We are seeking a passionate, professional, energetic lead teacher who can successfully manage and maintain a well-organized classroom by continually restoring and enhancing the environment suitable for young children. Must work effectively with directors and staff members to provide a learning environment for our children, develop and execute weekly themed lesson plans, providing group sensory, art, and special activities.

• An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, Child Development or related field .
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, Child Development or a related field is preferred.
• Child Development or (CDA) Certification.

Job Responsibilities

• · Promote open communication and foster positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• · Maintain all health and safety regulations
• · Develop individual care plans for each child based on their stage of development.
• · Maintain daily notes and files on the children’s development and progress.
• · Model empathy through respect, response, and gentle guidance.
• · Foster emotional and social development through a secure attachment with each child.
• · Lead and plan curriculum activities that stimulate children’s interest and ability.
• · Participate in need and service meetings, parent/teacher conferences.
• · Work effectively with directors and staff members to provide a suitable learning environment for our children.
• · Develop and execute weekly themed lesson plans, providing group times, sensory, art, and special activities.
• · Maintain a well-organized classroom by continually restoring and enhancing the classroom
