Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and sterile supplies are available
• Assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations by anticipating needs and providing timely support
• Monitoring patient status throughout surgery to identify and address any complications immediately
• Maintaining strict sterile techniques and adhering to all hospital safety protocols
• Documenting all care activities and patient responses accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with proven experience in Operating Room nursing
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and perioperative nursing standards
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced surgical settings
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and operating room safety standards
