We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line

Cook will be instrumental in executing menu items from start to finish, maintaining the

highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen

staff.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by following recipes and standards

set by the Executive Chef.

- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.

- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

- Check quality of ingredients, monitoring stock, and placing orders as there are

shortages.

- Maintain equipment in good condition.

- Report any necessary repairs or replacements.

- Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service and meet the

demands of the business.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and

procedures.

- Familiarity with industry best practices and culinary techniques.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a culinary school will be an

advantage.

- Current food handler's certificate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
