Accounts Receivable Specialist
Position Summary: Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment by performing the following duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Duties and responsibilities: The following reflects essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary
salary: $22 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments and supporting customer relationships.
- Process, record, reconcile and track incoming payments in SAP S4 Hana
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure all balances remain current and correct.
- Make collection calls to minimize outstanding balances.
- Provide timely, professional and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales, warranty and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while enforcing payment terms and conditions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment.
- Prepare and monitor collection and aging reports to record collection efforts and communicate with AR Manager on any problem accounts.
- Ensure all accounts receivables policies and procedures are adhered to.
