Busser - City Venues

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Bussers to support servers and bartenders and keep our restaurants running smoothly by cleaning and resetting tables; taking dishware and utensils to the kitchen to be washed; and making sure guests' water glasses are full. Candidates should have stamina and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
• Maintain table settings by removing finished courses in a timely manner; Bring all soiled dishware and utensils to the dishwasher promptly
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs by performing tasks such as refilling water glasses and replenishing utensils
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave; Wipe down tables and/or replace linens; Freshen centerpieces and/or condiments
• Keep an organized, sanitary, and stocked bussing station
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

What You Need to Have

• 1+ year experience as Busser; fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Non-expired Food Handlers Certification required
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
