Clubhouse Sports Lounge is Edwardsville’s favorite destination for great food, cold drinks, and all the big games. From NFL Sunday Ticket to weekend brunch and private parties, we’re known for a lively, guest-first atmosphere where scratch-made food meets a high-energy sports bar vibe. To keep our service running smoothly, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Expeditor (Expo) to act as the link between the kitchen and front-of-house team.

As an Expeditor , you’ll be responsible for ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is accurate, hot, and perfectly presented. Responsibilities include:

• Checking each plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it reaches the guest

• Communicating clearly with cooks, servers, and runners to keep food flowing efficiently

• Coordinating ticket times and managing the flow of orders during peak rushes

• Garnishing and finalizing plates to match restaurant standards

• Organizing food on trays for runners and assisting with table delivery when needed

• Supporting the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, timely service

• Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo line and pass-through window

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Strong communicator who thrives as the go-between for kitchen and service staff

• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous experience as a food runner, expo, or in a kitchen/FOH support role preferred

• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs

• Team player with a positive, guest-first attitude
