Your Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures with confidence and care
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
- Provide clear, empathetic communication with patients about procedures and aftercare
- Manage supplies and support front and back office operations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, positive experience for patients
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in a dental assistant role
- CPR certification required
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Open Dental)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Special consideration for military veterans
