Your Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures with confidence and care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
• Provide clear, empathetic communication with patients about procedures and aftercare
• Manage supplies and support front and back office operations as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, positive experience for patients

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in a dental assistant role
• CPR certification required
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Open Dental)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Special consideration for military veterans
