Director, Strategic Programs
Our client is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs to oversee large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational alignment, operational excellence, and business growth. This role will report directly to executive leadership and serve as a strategic partner in managing transformation programs that impact the company's overall performance. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, results-driven professional who excels in dynamic, high-growth environments and enjoys leading complex, multi-departmental initiatives from conception to completion. WHAT YOU WILL DO ● Lead the development and execution of transformational programs that advance long-term business goals.
● Partner with senior leadership to align operational priorities with financial objectives and strategic targets.
● Manage large, complex projects that require coordination across multiple business units.
● Facilitate the cadence of executive meetings, reporting rhythms, and performance tracking.
● Implement standardized processes to enhance communication, accountability, and visibility across departments.
● Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
● Support leadership in managing acquisitions, integrations, and key change-management initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL NEED ● 7–10 years of business experience in strategic, operational, or transformation roles within software or technology-driven organizations.
● Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong record of delivering measurable results.
● Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
● Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
● Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programs.
● Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively. WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED ● Prior experience within a private-equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
● Expertise in leading transformation initiatives that span operations, finance, or go-to-market teams.
● Experience driving integration projects following M&A or corporate restructuring.
● Strong change-management and leadership capabilities with a "hands-on" approach.
● Flexibility to manage teams remotely and work across global time zones
