We’re partnering with a leading organization in the manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare sector to hire an experienced Rebate and Deductions Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role is perfect for an analytical professional skilled in Excel and SAP who enjoys solving complex problems and ensuring financial accuracy. You’ll collaborate with finance, sales, and trade teams to manage rebate programs, resolve deductions, and support financial reporting – directly impacting profitability and process efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer rebate programs from setup through payment and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, promotions, freight, and returns.
• Calculate, forecast, and reconcile rebate accruals, assessing financial impact and supporting period close processes.
• Maintain detailed trackers of deduction and rebate activity, approvals, and resolutions for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in rebate/deduction analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP (required) and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, etc.).
• Experience with Vistex and trade management platforms is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess financial impacts, and communicate findings clearly.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
