We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years to facilitate Agile teams, drive sprint success, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure delivery of high-value features through effective Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach one or more Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban frameworks, facilitating ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to meet sprint goals.
• Shield teams from external distractions, resolve impediments, manage conflicts, and promote servant leadership to empower self-organizing teams focused on delivering business value.
• Maintain and update project artifacts in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps , tracking progress, burndown charts, and metrics to provide transparency to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment to refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, and align on objectives.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives , conduct retrospectives for process improvements, and manage multiple teams/projects concurrently with strong organizational skills.
• Ensure reliable attendance, punctuality, and legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship needs.

Minimum Qualifications (What's Needed to Succeed):

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in technology roles (e.g., BA, Release Management) with strong Scrum/Kanban/Agile understanding.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps .
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution , and organizational skills.
• Proven servant leadership in collaborative, cross-functional Agile environments.
• Successful interview completion required.

Preferred Qualifications (What Will Help You Stand Out):

• Master's degree.
• Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) .
• Prior roles as Scrum Master, Agile Coach , or in DevOps/CI/CD/cloud delivery.
• Experience with Agile transformations , change management, or software development background.
