We are looking to grow our team with a motivated Inside Sales Representative who can help families and businesses start their move with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate moving quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Educate customers on services, pricing, and policies.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth move planning.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required (moving/transportation industry preferred, but not required).
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
