Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000
Commission Split: +15% based on performance
Illinois or South Carolina (In-Office Preferred)

We are currently representing a fast-growing, asset-backed 3PL seeking experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Brokers who are ready to scale their book of business and significantly increase their earning potential.

What You Will Do

• Manage freight from cradle to grave
• Maintain and grow your active book of business
• Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and manage daily operations independently
• Leverage internal support and TMS systems to scale your portfolio
• Drive weekly GP performance and long-term account growth

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Minimum 2+ years of 3PL freight brokerage experience
• Active, portable book of business
• Demonstrated average weekly GP of $6,000 or more
• True cradle-to-grave experience
• Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
• Not currently bound by a non-compete or non-solicit agreement

Preferred

• Cross-border experience including U.S., Canada, or Mexico
• Additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese
• Background in small to mid-size brokerages
