Lead, execute, and deliver Industry 4.0 and IoT solutions (50%)

Design and sustain digital manufacturing roadmap and advise on holistic digital strategy (10%)

Drive Digital Excellence: Ensure Kraft Heinz (KHC) becomes the benchmark for digital operations, embracing state-of-the-art technologies from OEMs and start-ups.
Enable Digital Infrastructure: Implement automated ways of working, minimizing human intervention, and ensure seamless user adaptation in production and management.
Attract and Retain Top Talent: Develop and sustain a digital manufacturing roadmap, focusing on opportunity areas, and advise on holistic digital strategy and benchmarking.
Lead Industry 4.0 and IoT Initiatives: Execute and deliver optimal solutions for manufacturing processes, system solutions, and full NA manufacturing network.
Manage CAPEX and Deliver Savings: Oversee a $18M budget to realize minimum annual savings of $40M
Establish a Digital Revolution Team: Design and manage an internal technology hub to deliver in-house digital solutions and transform operations requirements into specifications.
Drive Productivity and Growth: Increase productivity, ensure organizational growth, and attract new talent by enhancing digital employee abilities through coaching, mentoring, and assisting in new ways of working.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
Manufacturing Operations: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
Digital Transformation: 5+ years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, with expertise in MES, IoT, data analytics, and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
Leadership: 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation
Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align digital manufacturing initiatives with business objectives, with experience in developing business cases and conducting ROI analysis.
This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Role will travel 40% of the time. New Hire Base Salary Range:
$214,400.00 - $268,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
