About the Role: As a Receptionist at ATAX, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, customers, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients, customers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering incoming calls promptly and inviting them into our office
• Providing information about our range of services, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business services.
• Managing the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.
• Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a must. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are a plus.
• Personality : A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
