- Author and assess Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) plans for products, processes, and vendors.
- Prepare and review casting specifications, weld wire requirements, and ASME/Code material procurement documents.
- Develop and evaluate welding procedures (WPS, PQR, WPQ), heat treatment, and thermal coating procedures.
- Prepare and review Technical Equivalency Documents.
- Review, disposition, and approve internal and supplier nonconformance reports and corrective actions.
- Perform and review pump mechanical and hydraulic calculations.
- Prepare and review stress and seismic calculations, code reconciliation, and design reports for ASME code components.
- Prepare and review pump performance and vibration test reports and performance test requisitions.
- Support authoring and revising engineering process control procedures and documents.
