Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Job Description

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
- Join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm where you can take real ownership of your cases early

- Earn strong upside through bonuses and generous origination splits
- Be part of a team that values aggressive advocacy, autonomy, and attorneys who want to grow into true trial lawyers

Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. This role is best suited for someone with 0–4 years of experience who wants to handle a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload and grow into a true trial attorney. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Why You Will Love Working Here
