What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly first point of contact at the kiosk, and greet customers with energy and confidence.
• Educate guests about Sparkle’s products, wash packages, and membership plans.
• Promote memberships and upgrades.
• Deliver professional, friendly service that keeps customers coming back.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the site running smoothly.

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, energetic, and naturally persuasive — you enjoy talking to people.
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to hit goals.
• Thrive in outdoor or on-your-feet environments.
• Team player who brings positivity to every shift.
• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required).

Pay & Perks:

• $15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days ($20/hr start).
• After 90 days, trained CSRs typically earn well above $5/hr in commission.
• Commission is available to all employees.
