Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Act as the manager on duty when the General Manager is not present, guiding the front-of-house team.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions to maintain high standards.
- Financial Management: Handle daily finances, ensuring accuracy and accountability in transactions.
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
