I opened my agency in January 2025 and currently have a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 4.5 years as a team member and six years working in home and auto claims for State Farm, which gave me a deep understanding of both sides of the business. I come from a State Farm family my mother worked at the corporate office for 36 years, and my brother is also a State Farm Agent. I went to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and outside of work I love fishing, playing golf, traveling, and catching sporting events. Im also actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. As an Account Manager for Tyler Sonka State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create relationships with new prospects to bring outside business into the agency.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
