What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years experience working in a daycare or child welfare setting is required. A positive and reliable work ethic.
• A genuine love for working with children and is looking for a long-term career.
• Possesses a teamwork mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Someone with previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is preferred.
• Organizational skills to manage classroom materials, resources, and documentation.
