Munich Re Specialty Group North America (MRSG N.A.) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as we grow. As part of Munich Re Group, we are a unique organization providing expertise in specialty and marine lines of insurance as well as surety risks and customs bonds with in-house claims solutions.

We are seeking a full time Collections Representative to join the Shared Services division as a hybrid employee in our Schaumburg, IL office reporting to the Service Operations Manager, Billing & Collections.

Job Profile

• Manage assigned account portfolio
• Perform duties in accordance with department guidelines and procedures
• Identify and apply payments
• Document collections activities
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner.
• Review reports, account activity and prepare correspondence
• Process premium write offs, within authority
• Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School, Associates degree; or equivalent
• Authority levels limited to write off and disbursement policy and grid
