Chat Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the frontline communicator, delivering timely and effective support through live chat to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
