EJD Wholesale Systems Integration Analyst
- Assist with EDI and POS integration activities. Drive engagement with Productions Services teams to coordinate customer setup and testing to integrate with Emery Jensen.
- Assist POS Vendors and cross-functional business partners on POS system related requests and issues resolution. Troubleshoot and gather all needed information to resolve system integration related issues escalated by POS Vendors, and clearly communicate technical issues to cross-functional IT team.
- Track and support POS conversion requests from order to completion. Includes submitting conversion requests to POS Vendors and communicating tracking with cross-functional business partners. Monitor onsite retail execution projects for Wholesale customers that require systems integration to Emery Jensen.
- Subject matter expert on supporting Wholesale interface documents; POS and EDI inbound/outbound files, Article Feeds, and Romance Feeds.
- Contribute to smaller projects with Point-of-Sale Vendors as we launch new files and process changes POS vendors to implement for Emery Jensen customers.
- Manage devices and printers. Emery Jensen Ordering devices; new setup, tracking devices, and agreements. Manage printer inventory, send out units and supplies, setup devices (software install).

- Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years EDI/ERP experience is required; 3 years' experience in an analytical role including 1 year of SAP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Retail Point of Sale systems required.
- Strong attention to detail, conform and proficiency in working with large sets of data (In Excel and other databases), and high degree of ownership and accuracy of data that is complied and communicated to team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with colleagues from various functional areas.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating System, and Internet applications.
- Experience delivering and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Open style of communication with the ability to convey IT terminology to non-technical people.
- Ability to research and solve problems, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Reacts well to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a broad internal team ranging from operations to sales to retail support to senior leadership.
