NOW HIRING: Therapists – The Powers Mindset (Downtown La Grange)
The Powers Mindset, a growing private therapy practice in downtown La Grange, is expanding and seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists to join our team.We’re looking for two to three clinicians to share our beautiful, fully furnished office space — ideally covering daytime, evening, and weekend hours to meet client demand.
Our ideal candidates are grounded, professional, and passionate about providing high-quality therapy in a supportive and elevated environment. You don’t have to specialize in moms or women’s issues — we serve a diverse client base and welcome therapists with varied interests and approaches.
Position DetailsRoles Available: 2–3 Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or LSW)
Location: 15 W Harris Ave, Suite 17, La Grange, IL 60525Format: Primarily in-person; hybrid flexibility available
Schedule: Flexible (daytime, evening, or weekend slots available)

What We Are Looking For
Licensed (or near-licensed) therapist in IllinoisProfessional, reliable, and motivated to grow a caseloadValues authenticity, client connection, and evidence-based care
Comfortable working independently but thrives in a collaborative team culture

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
