THE ROLE
The Lead Enterprise Account Executive - Partner Solutions will drive provider adoption of partner products (such as surgical nutrition, bracing, and DME solutions) through our client’s Marketplace platform. This high-impact sales role focuses on a fast-paced, short-cycle model to expand product utilization across healthcare organizations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and partner organizations to activate providers, scale adoption, and help shape the growth of one of our client’s fastest-growing business segments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive adoption of Marketplace partner products within healthcare provider organizations, expanding across the customer base.
Collaborate with external partner sales teams to identify high-opportunity providers and coordinate joint sales efforts
Work closely with internal Customer Success and Sales teams to activate providers, maximize engagement, and expand product usage.
Develop and manage a high-volume sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM through outreach, relationship building, and solution-oriented selling.
Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Marketplace vertical by identifying process improvements, enhancing partner coordination, and surfacing strategic opportunities.
Act as a commercial leader within the sales organization and provide mentorship or informal guidance to teammates as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience with orthopedic DME or ancillary surgical products (bracing, recovery devices, surgical nutrition).
Experience selling into healthcare providers, with bonus points for exposure to digital health, patient engagement, or healthtech SaaS.
Solid understanding of how health systems and provider organizations operate, with the ability to navigate complex sales dynamics.
Self-starter mentality with the confidence to work independently while excelling in cross-functional collaboration.
Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prior leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
Flexibility to travel up to 35% of the time.
