What We Offer:

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid quarterly ($1,250 every 3 months).
$1,000 Referral Bonus – For every owner-operator you bring who works for at least 1 month.

Weekly Gross Pay:

• Solo Drivers: $7,500 - $11,000
• Team Drivers: $12,000 - $16,000

• DOT Inspections – We cover 3 DOT inspections per year (1 paid by owner-operator).

Weekly Deductions:

Insurance & Compliance:

• Cargo/Liability Insurance: $290 weekly
• Occupational Insurance: $144.10 Monthly
• ELD & Pre-Pass: $78 & $34 (Monthly)

Trailer Rental:

• Dry Van
• Reefer

Additional Costs (if applicable):

• Fuel Reports – Ran weekly (Monday-Sunday).
• Truck Physical Damage Insurance
• I-Pass Reports – Ran weekly (Monday-Sunday).
• Truck Registration: ~ $2,240 annually (if applicable).
• HWUT2290 (Heavy Vehicle Use Tax): $595 annually.
