Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide tableside wine service with approachability and expertise
- Educate guests and staff on wine selections and pairings
- Cellar Management and Par upkeep
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, elevated service
- Maintain inventory, handle receiving, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Participating in everyday service tasks - wipe/setting tables, running food etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of wine service experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong foundational wine knowledge (WSET, CMS, or equivalent experience preferred)
- Ability to communicate wine with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm
- A hospitality-first mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends
