Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Make recommendations and upsell food and drinks when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas
- Follow all Green Gables service standards and policies

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Sales ability and confidence in making recommendations
