A Day in the Life

Your morning starts by checking the build schedule and prioritizing parts for machine-building and data center fabrication teams. You verify incoming machined and purchased components, print labels, and place everything in the right locations. Throughout the day, you update inventory in Excel and Dynamics 365, then pull and deliver parts to the production floor so assemblies stay on time. When a line lead calls needing a critical component, you already have it staged.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and inspect inbound machined and purchased parts for accuracy and quality
• Label, bin, and organize inventory for quick retrieval
• Track parts meticulously using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365
• Pull kits and deliver components to assembly and machine-building teams
• Keep production flowing with on-time, error-free parts management

What You Bring

• 1+ year in a stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational habits
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; ERP experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a significant plus
• Reliable, motivated, and open to frequent overtime
