Hourly Pay Range:

$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Ultrasound Technologist

Posit i on H i gh li ghts:

• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Position: Ultrasound Technologist
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time 20 hours
• Hours: 6pm-10pm evenings
• Call: 4-6 calls per month/ as needed
• Required Travel: Local- SKokie

What you will do :

• Perform ultrasound exam
• Prepare patients for exam: obtains and records history, explains procedure, positions patients and ensures their comfort
• Interprets ultrasound
• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Schedules patients if necessary

What you will need :

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Certification: CPR-BLS required. Completion of formal ultrasound program approved by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required. Registry eligible required.
• Experience: Prefer Registered Ultra sonographer.
• Skills : N/A
