Description
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications
Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Job Summary:
Our lab technicians are brand ambassadors. They are storytellers that share the beauty of our craft with our clients. Their mission is to create unique and memorable experiences for all who wander into our boutiques.
As a Le Labo Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the sales team, facilitating our clients in-store experience, driving daily sales to meet monthly sales targets, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
This is a keyholder role that requires the execution of opening and closing duties. You will work closely with the Store Management team in ensuring all protocols are followed and executed with excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:

Client interactions

Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store

Guiding the client through our collection by sharing knowledge on Brand DNA, the art of fine perfumery, and our creations
-
Compounding perfumes, labeling, and boxing the creations following the brand protocols; fulfilling all orders with accuracy and efficiency

Building client connections to increase repeat business, gathering client information for follow-up communication
-
Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company client care guide

In-store operational duties
-
Executing opening and closing boutique task per company policy, providing daily reporting on business
-
Proper handling of cash transactions and executing opening and closing night count, daily executing deposits
-
Daily monitoring of store email, addressing client and company requests in a timely manner
-
Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor, escalating stock needs to management
-
Assisting with monthly stock replenishment shipments: count, organization, and re-stocking
-
Submitting and following up on maintenance request, differentiating between situations and directing to the correct team

Always maintaining the cleanliness of the boutique

Executing BOPIS and POSTMASTES orders in a timely manner

Executing Phone Orders and shipping them in a timely manner, providing client with all necessary information

Collaborating with the Online Team in assisting clients with online orders or exchanges

Assisting the partnership team in executing orders for new clients

Assisting in the fulfillment of corporate orders in collaboration with the partnership team

Additional responsibilities

Assisting the management team with the training of new hires

Assisting in identifying prospect partnerships in the neighborhood
Qualifications:

Previous retail/sales experience is required

Ability to work in fast-paced environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Excellent customer service, communication skills: excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and time management skills: ability to prioritize and manage tasks wisely

Professional demeanor and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner
