Position Summary

We are hiring Basketball Instructors in Chicago to deliver high‑quality, personalized lessons to beginner and intermediate b asketball . This role is ideal for experienced coaches or passionate basketball seeking flexible, part‑time or full‑time work with full control over rates and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess student goals and create individualized lesson plans.
  
• Teach core basketball skills: paddling, balance, stance, wave selection, timing, safety, and ocean awareness.
  
• Use progressive drills, video feedback, and clear communication to drive improvement and retention.
  
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment.
  
• Track student progress and recommend next steps to build confidence and performance.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in basketball coach/instructor roles or comparable teaching/athletic positions.

• Strong knowledge of basketball technique and safety practices.
