Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager / Manu Data Systems (QSR) for a Direct-Hire opportunity that is 100% remote based. The Senior Product Manager will lead development, implementation, and optimization of POS systems across all brands and restaurant locations. The Senior Product Manager will ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and performance of POS data to drive seamless business operations, analytics, and informed decision-making. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, marketing, and external vendor partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and reliability of POS data management. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in collaborating development and execution of the brand’s menu strategy, supporting new restaurant growth, and enabling rapid implementation of menu tests to drive innovation and business success. The Senior Product Manager will understand and implement data management from conception to implementation from POS to backoffice through internal systems supporting data analytics.

- POS Data / Documentation Management – Oversee the Processing / Documentation of POS Data (Menu Layouts / Pricing / Ingredients / Recipes / System Procedures)
- Technical Support / Development – Guide Internal/External Software Developers / Facilitate System Testing / Recommend Improvements to Enhance Functionality
- Process Optimization – Govern POS Request Intake/Execution Timelines / Identify Opportunities for Process / System Enhancements
