Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
Mike Callahan - State Farm Agency, located in Chicago, IL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Chicago, IL. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:
- Minimum two years prior insurance experience required
- Bilingual in Russian or Polish preferred but not required
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
