Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to oversee a Scooter's Coffee build in Bourbonnais, IL. This will be a temporary, contracted 1099 role. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands how to manage subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive project schedules to completion—on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations
• Coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to Project Managers
• Oversee quality control and ensure construction adheres to plans/specs
• Manage jobsite documentation including daily reports and photos
• Represent Bull Creek Construction professionally with clients, vendors, and municipal officials

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient with digital tools such as Smartsheet, Procore, or similar platforms
