As a Garage Door Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and technical expertise to our valued customers. We get you ready and continuously train you so you can be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of garage doors and openers. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of garage doors and openers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations during all service operations.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding services rendered and recommendations.

Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and provide outstanding customer service.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is a plus.

Previous experience as a garage door technician or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
