MAS Law Firm is a Texas-based law firm with over 25 years of experience, a strong track record of success, and a history of award-winning service. We are currently expanding and seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department at our Chicago branch .

Key Responsibilities:

· Helping clients dealing with legal and medical issues after an accident.

· Case management: filing claims, investigating the facts of the accident, analyzing police reports and open records, and managing medical appointments.

· Drafting demands, monitoring clients’ cases and treatment, and constantly updating them about the progress of their cases.

Required Skills:

· Excellent customer service skills are key to this position.

· Ability to effectively manage tasks and manage time is a necessity in a fast-paced environment.

· Minimum of 1-year experience in personal injury pre-litigation process is required.

· Experience coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties integral to the process.

· Ability to multi-task and work effectively.

· Knowledge of Neos case management software required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

· Prior law firm experience is a must.

Language:

• Fluent English ( required )
• Spanish (preferred)
