DATA ENTRY/DOCUMENT PROCESSOR- ON-SITE
- 2nd: Mon - Fri 3:30pm-12am- $22/HR
- 3rd: Sun - Thurs 10:30pm-7am- $23/HR
- Weekend 1: Fri-Mon 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR
- Weekend 2: Sat-Tues 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR
- PT: Sat & Sun 5:00am-3:30pm- $22/HR
- Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents
- Opening, sorting, and organizing mail and verifying contents
- Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing/scanning
- Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
- Filing and organizing documents for future reference
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Lifting bins of up to 20-50lbs
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Entering customer and account data into systems
- Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
- Keeping information confidential
- Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to support peak volumes
